XIP for HOA and Commercial Properties Waitlist

Fort Collins Utilities' Xeriscape Incentive Program (XIP) for HOA and Commercial Properties promotes projects that convert high-water use landscapes to regionally adapted water-wise landscapes. During this pilot program, HOA and commercial properties can receive up to $15,000 per project if they meet certain qualifications and submit an application detailing a project that demonstrates long-term water reduction through landscape transformation.
