Thank you for your interest in being a part of the OUTList - Cal Poly. The OUTList is a resource tool created by the Pride Center to promote visibility, awareness, networking, and community among the Cal Poly community. By adding your name to the OUTList, you are helping to promote the visibility of LGBTQ+ and allied people on campus and agree to be contacted as an informal resource for other faculty, staff, and students.
Currently, the OUTList features profiles of staff, faculty, and non-student campus affiliates at Cal Poly. It is not required that you identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community to be on this list, allies are welcome and encouraged to sign up to be on our list.
Please be aware that the OUTList is a public document. It will be shared with the Cal Poly community and will be visible on the Pride Center website to anyone who visits. If you are not comfortable with your name being listed, we urge you to reconsider submitting this form. Also, it is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your profile (e.g., if you leave Cal Poly or change departments). We reserve the right to not include any submission that we deem to be unsuitable with the goals of this initiative.
To be included on the OUTList, you are required to share your name, email, picture, affiliation, department, gender pronouns, and whether you are an ally. If you choose to, you can also share your gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation in the biographical information section.

Once you sign up, we will receive notice and will add you to the OutList. Additionally, we will add you to an OutListserv so that we can communicate with you and provide updates as necessary.
