FSP Spring 2020 Coaches Sign Up

Coaches sign up for The First Year Success Program

The First Year Success Program (FSP) is dedicated to first year students on academic probation for the first time. We are looking for coaches who are dedicated to motivate students towards success for future quarters to come. The requirements from coaches are the following:

  2. Attend a 2-hour FSP workshop on Friday, April 3rd or Friday, April 10th, which you will lead a small group of students through discussions and reflections of what led to them being on academic probation. You will also have the option of co-facilitating a group with another coach
  3. Students will not be mandated to follow up with you after, but our hopes is that you will make yourself available if they do choose to hold a 1-1 meeting with you following the program
