Cancellations are only accepted from the Lead Guest who purchased the Prebook or joined the Waitlist with the understanding that the entire reservation will be cancelled.
You have until June 24th at 11:59pm ET to cancel your prebook or waitlist and receive a refund. Prebook cancellations will be assessed a $50 admin fee. Waitlist deposits that joined before May 10, 2021, will be assessed a $50 admin fee as you were converted to a Prebook. Waitlist deposits who joined on or after May 10, 2021 can cancel for a full refund.
As of June 25th, Pre-book and Pre-book Waitlist deposits become non-refundable.
If you converted your Prebook or Prebook Waitlist deposit, all reservations for Girls Just Wanna Weekend 3 are non-refundable. We HIGHLY recommend the purchase of travel insurance with a Cancel for Any Reason benefit. You are able to transfer your reservation at anytime per the name change guidelines.
