Welcome to Agoda self-certification tool
The certification tool will take about one hour to complete. After you have completed the steps, please notify
connectivity-tech-support@agoda.com stating your company and our test engineer will get back to you on the next steps.
The self-certification tool is designed to help you live your integration with Agoda in the shortest time possible, allowing our mutual property to be bookable on Agoda as quickly and efficiently whilst matching our technical and quality standards. Here are the instructions that will help you to complete the steps to be one of our certified software distribution partners:
- Complete mandatory certification step (Room, Rate and Restriction management, Reservation management and Error management)
- Provide screenshots of your system/XML requests/responses/TUID
- Add comments if you need assistance
For test bookings retrieval, please ensure to you to process a free cancellation booking using the test property assigned to your partner account. This is to prevent your test card from being charged by Agoda.
As soon as you completed the steps, our test team will review and share feedback if additional information is required. If the certification results meet our connectivity requirements, your software will be approved and set up for pilot-testing with the selected property on the production environment.
