As part of the Nevada Recreation & Park Society's L.E.A.D.ership Institute course, we select participants who have completed the first year of the program to continue on as mentors. If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please take a moment to complete the application survey below. As a reminder, those who are accepted into the Mentor Program, must commit to all trainings, mentoring obligations, etc. for the entire 2020-2021 training year. The 2021 NRPS Annual Conference will be held in Northern Nevada (in April) and mentors will be expected to attend.

2. Are you interested in being a L..E.A.D. Mentor for the 2020-2021 training year?

3. What characteristics/leadership traits will assist you in being a quality mentor for the L.E.A.D program?

4. What insights and/or skills have you obtained from the L.E.A.D. Institute that you would most like to share with your mentee?

5. Can you commit to monthly check-in meetings with your mentee, 6 (in-person) check-in meetings and or trainings throughout the year, regular conference call meetings and attending the NRPS Annual Conference in Northern Nevada in April, 2021?
