Call for Breakout Session Presentations Summit 2020

Continuous Improvement Summit 2020: Call for Breakout Presentations

Thank you for your interest in participating in our 10th annual Continuous Improvement Summit, which will be held Friday September 18, at the American Family Training Center in Madison. This year’s event will be a full day with the poster exhibition, poster flash talks, and keynote presentation in the morning and breakout sessions throughout the day.

Please respond to the following questions to submit a proposal for a breakout session. Breakout sessions are 50 - 75 minutes long, and can attract between 20 and 75 people. We welcome a wide range of proposals on topics related to organizational excellence and continuous improvement, including:

Workforce Engagement and Culture
Innovative Solutions
Process Improvement
Change Management
Customer Service and Engagement
Measurement and Benchmarking
Strategic Planning and Implementation

We welcome submissions about success stories, best (or really good) practices, and new approaches to common issues facing organizations today. If you think others can learn from your experience, we invite you to submit a proposal!

2. Provide brief abstract or overview of your session. Include details on topic, objectives, and activities participants will experience. This information will be used for the program descriptions, so clarity and conciseness are appreciated.

3. What key takeaway(s) do you expect participants to leave this session with? What will participants learn or gain from the session? Attendees appreciate a mix of information sharing and group engagement.
