The Spondylitis Association of America (SAA) is conducting this survey to better understand the diagnosis journey of patients. 

Your input is invaluable to us and will go a long way to helping improve the experiences of other patients, and shorten the time it takes to get diagnosed. Your responses will be kept confidential.

  • The survey will take about 10-20 minutes to complete
  • Please be assured that your individual responses will be kept confidential
Results from this survey may also be published in medical journals, online, in scientific journals, or presented at scientific meetings.  In such cases, again be assured that respondent identities will remain strictly confidential. 

Potential risks from completing this survey may include duress caused by answering questions related to your disease experience or the unlikely possibility that a breach of data confidentiality may occur.  However, these risks are minimal.
