Family Survey

Teamwork is at the heart of Scouting, we build it in young people, and it takes teams of adults to make it happen.

With your help and support we are able to offer our young people good quality Scouting with an opportunity of fun, challenging and exciting activities. To help us identify any skills your family and friends have that could help us achieve this, could you please complete this survey.  Everyone has something to offer, whether it is through their work or hobbies (maybe you are a dentist and could visit and talk to us, or you work in a baked bean factory, we may be able to visit).

To keep our survey short we have only allowed for 3 family members, however if you have any more family or friends who you believe have skills or would like to volunteer some time, please give the details in question 5. 

The details of this survey will not be shared with anyone out of our Scout Group, and the details you provide will only be kept for as long as we need them after which, they will be deleted.
