The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather impact and lessons learned from the 2020 Global Mentoring Walks. Your feedback will be used only by Vital Voices Global Partnership staff for the purpose of sharing broad impact numbers and understanding the outcomes of the Walks. Any identifying information and individual responses will be treated as confidential and will not be shared beyond Vital Voices Global Partnership.
All information will be stored in a secure database. Any information you provide will not impact your current or future participation in Vital Voices programs. Responses will not be attributed to individuals—all responses will be compiled and analyzed together when reporting findings. The questionnaire should take approximately 5 minutes. Individual responses will remain anonymous for both donor reporting. Any individual quotes or narratives used to display in reports will be authorized by the participant and on an individual basis, should we make a direct quote or citations and attribute it to the respondent
