Housing Registration

All residential students are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to make arrangements to return to their permanent address until further notice. Please use this form to identify if you are departing from campus.

For students who choose to remain on campus, you must register with this form. Limited dining options will be available with further instructions to follow. Residence Hall staffing information will be communicated to those who register to stay.
