Each of us is driven by our needs and desires which make up our core values. To achieve success it is critical that we understand what it is that drives us in our decisions. Below are some of the most common values that we have seen over the years.
To begin, read each value and definition to make sure we interpret the value in the same way. Next, sort each value in the order of importance to you, with the most important on top. Don’t take more than five minutes to do this – your first guess is usually correct. Don’t over analyze it.
