This form is to be completed by any residence hall students who have a need to remain in the residence halls beyond Sunday, March 22, 2020. Students who submit requests must fall into one of these categories: 1) international students who cannot go home; 2) students who have no other housing option; 3) student athletes whose sports are currently in season; 4) students with extenuating circumstances.
