Currently, the United States and the world are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. While COVID-19 cases increase, patients with and without the disease continue to need treatment. Pharmacists are the most accessible healthcare professional and we know they are on the frontlines working with other healthcare professionals to help contain the pandemic, provide care to other patients, and ease concern and fears of the general public.
Not surprisingly, we are hearing many amazing things from pharmacists. This form is meant to gather experiences of pharmacists practicing in any setting who are helping in the wake of this pandemic. Information gathered will serve as a repository of stories of pharmacists helping serve as healthcare professionals in a time of national emergency. Prior to sharing any story, respondents will have the opportunity to change names and locations if desired. Please complete this form to help us share the impact pharmacists are having on COVID-19. Responses are being gathered by the Ohio Pharmacists Association and may be shared with other organizations, the general public, and on social media to help tell the pharmacy story.
