NAPPSS-IIN | Conversation Modules National Action Team: Modules Feedback Survey

Instructions

These modules were created to help shift the approaches we have often used in promoting safe sleep and breastfeeding and to pull them together, since they are all part of caring for a new baby. They are based on the idea that our role is to help families make informed decisions about how to feed and sleep their babies—not give them rules and orders about what to do.

The modules are long and very detailed. We have heard that people working in various roles find some portions of the modules more or less useful.  We need your help to figure out what to recommend to community organizations and programs that may use these for training. We will be using your input and that of others to create a tool for community organizations and workers to use the modules efficiently.

Please note that we will not be able to make any changes to the content of the modules. They should be reviewed "as is."

You may be asked to review everything or parts of the modules. Please review the section or sections of the modules that you have chosen to review. For each part, please think about how useful, important and or relevant the information would be to someone in another community who works in your role(s).  For example, if you are a home visitor, what parts would you recommend to other home visitors.

Please rate each component as:
  • Need to view it—really necessary
  • Very important/useful
  • Nice to use, but not necessary
  • Not really useful for my role
  • Do not recommend it at all

Use this tool to record your thoughts.

Thank you,
Suzanne Bronheim
