Next Steps

Pack and remove your belongings
Complete an Express Check Out Form
(Forms are available at the LLC Information Desk.)
Return any residence hall keys to the LLC Information Desk.
Turn in your Express Check Out Form and officially check-out of your room at the LLC Information Desk.
If you have a parking permit, return it to the Parking and Transportation Office for a potential pro-rated refund. (Permits can also be returned by mail.)
Submit a forwarding address by logging into www.iwanthousing.uidaho.edu and selecting "Address"

For Your Safety

Due to the infectious nature of COVID 19 and to ensure the safety of remaining staff and students, carts will no longer be available to move personal belongings.

To reduce the possibility for cross-contamination, we are asking that students take care to remove all trash and personal items from their assigned space before checking-out. Please place unwanted items and trash in the dumpsters located outside the residence hall buildings.

Check-Out Date

After this date your building and meal plan access will shut off. Your pro-ration will be calculated based on this date. If your check-out date changes, please let us know.
