NOTE: You must have applied and qualified for Minnesota's Energy Assistance Program (EAP) for the current federal fiscal year (Starting Oct 1), this heating season in order for your CARE application to be processed. If you have not already done this, you can
find more information here and submit your CARE application after you receive your EAP approval notice.
