Customer Affordability of Residential Electricity (CARE) Affordability Discount Application

Minnesota Power’s Customer Affordability of Residential Electricity (CARE) program offers income-qualified households a discount on monthly electric bills.

You must sign and complete this form in full to apply for this program.

NOTE: You must have applied and qualified for Minnesota's Energy Assistance Program (EAP) for the current federal fiscal year (Starting Oct 1), this heating season in order for your CARE application to be processed. If you have not already done this, you can find more information here and submit your CARE application after you receive your EAP approval notice.
