Thank you for responding to the survey. The Department of Health was only provided 100 specimen collection kits and we have already received more than 100 responses. If for some reason another resident does not meet the testing criteria, we may still call you.
If you are symptomatic and in need of testing you can reach out to the following:
NYSDOH: call the general number 888-364-3065 or by completing an online assessment @ https://covid19screening.health.ny.gov/.
Nuvance: call the hotline 888-667-9262 and if appointments are available at one of their testing sites (Dutchess, Ulster or Danbury) they will assist.
