Introduction
We ask prospective Item-Writing Task Force Members to complete the following Interest Form, which will ask questions about your certification and practice.
The Interest Form will also ask you to upload a CV and a personal statement. The form will not be considered complete without these materials. In addition to these materials, you will be given the option to submit contact information for a professional reference.
