ROMBA 2020 Session Director Application

Thank you for your interest in organizing a session for the 2020 Reaching Out LGBTQ MBA & Graduate (ROMBA) Conference! The conference this year will take place virtually from October 2-3 & 8-10.

Session Directors have a unique opportunity to contribute to conference content and connect with fellow students and professionals in their areas of interest. Reaching Out will connect you with your session speakers from partner companies and organizations, but you will direct the content and flow of your session. You will also be able to attend the conference free of charge!

Responsibilities Include:

-Developing session framework (i.e. agenda and questions)

-Bringing together all speakers prior to the conference to align on flow and speaking roles

-Moderating your session at the ROMBA Conference

Positions will be filled on a rolling basis, and successful Session Directors should be prepared to start planning shortly after they are selected.Please note, current & incoming MBA students will be given priority for Session Director positions.
