2020 CASE Professional Development Registration Change Request

Utilize this form to request a change to your CASE professional development registration.

Timeline: Allow 24-48 hours for the change to be processed.

NOTE: If you are scheduled to attend more than one CASE professional development event you will need to complete this form for each registration.

An online/alternative format is being developed for Agriculture Business Foundations (ABF) and Principles of Agricultural Science - Animal (ASA) professional development events. 
 
  • Agriculture Business Foundations (ABF) online/alternative format - Two (2) BriefCASEs in June; one (1) in July and one (1) in August (dates TBA)
  • Principles of Agricultural Science – Animal (ASA) online/alternative format – One (1) CI in July and one (1) in August.  (dates TBA). Participants must have a previous certification to register for ASA ‘alternative’ format.
Select 'ASA' or 'ABF' below if you prefer to transfer your registration to the alternative format. Or, select 'not interested at this time' if you prefer to transfer to an in-person event. *This question is required.
