How are you staying connected to people living in care settings ?

If you are a family member, friend or guardian of someone living in a care facility or setting, Disability Rights Iowa (DRI) would like to hear from you. DRI wants to know how individuals living in care facilities and settings are doing during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Your answers will give DRI an overview of how you are able to connect with your person and address any concerns.
