Hilltown Mobile Market Interest Form 2020

Background

Thank you for your interest in the Hilltown Mobile Market Farm Share! The Hilltown Mobile Market season will run for 12 weeks from July 23 to October 9, 2020.

Shares can be purchased with SNAP, check, cash or credit cards, and eligible customers can be fully reimbursed through the MA Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).  This year we are offering shares on a sliding scale to help make the program affordable and accessible to all while also helping to sustain the program after our pilot grant funding ends.

Though the procedure is not yet established, pending forthcoming virus protocol guidance from state and local officials, produce will also be available for a la carte purchase at the weekly market and can be paid for with SNAP, check, cash, credit card, and WIC and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program coupons.

Share pickups will be available at the following days, times, and locations:
  • Thursdays in WORTHINGTON, 2:00PM - 3:30PM, The Maples, 48 Old North Rd
  • Thursdays in CUMMINGTON, 4:30PM-6:00PM, Community House, 33 Main St
  • Fridays in BLANDFORD, 2:00-3:30PM, Post Office, 102 Main St
  • Fridays in HUNTINGTON, 4:30PM - 6:00PM, Town Green, 24 Russell Rd
Please fill out this form if you are interested in signing up for a farm share – we will let you know as soon as enrollment opens!

About the Farm Shares

Shares consist of 5 kinds of the freshest in-season fruits and vegetables each week. As a shareholder, you will have your pick of available fruits and vegetables! This share size is designed for a single person, couple or small family.  Larger families and those who like to preserve the summer bounty are welcome to sign up for multiple shares.

THIS FORM DOES NOT OBLIGATE YOU OR GUARANTEE YOU A SHARE – we will send you the sign-up form when it is available.

1. Share Payment

The fair market value of the share is $15 a week or $180 for the season.

However, we know this price can be difficult for many to afford.  To make sure everyone in our community has access to healthy, local produce, please sign up at a level you can afford, keeping your HIP benefit in mind if you are paying with SNAP.  If you are unsure what level is right for you, you can use this guide to help you decide.  We would like to have you as a customer no matter what that level is!

Shares can be paid for all at once, or payments can be divided up into three equal payments over the market season.

Please select the share price that you believe fits your budget.
