Feed the Force: KFC Foundation Grocery Assistance Fund

The KFC Foundation's mission is to care for KFC U.S. restaurant employees—and we continue to be here for them, now more than ever, during the COVID-19 pandemic. We know this is a trying time for so many, and we hope to alleviate some of the stress by gifting a week's worth of groceries to 5,000 restaurant employees through Feed the Force: KFC Foundation Grocery Assistance Fund.

You have a unique opportunity to help a KFC restaurant employee receive a $100 gift card for groceries by submitting a recommendation via this form. You'll be asked and required to share why you're recommending this individual and the impact it would have on them and their family.

Note:

All team members, shift supervisors and assistant managers from every KFC U.S. restaurant are eligible to be recommended for the KFC Foundation Grocery Assistance Fund (the Cole Slaw Donation Program does not apply to this fund)
- Restaurant general managers are not eligible for this fund, but we hope as the restaurant leader, RGMs will be involved in recommending a team member or two who could really use this assistance.
Be sure to provide a VALID personal email address for the person you're recommending for assistance—this is how we will contact them—as well as a VALID Learning Zone ID. If the Learning Zone ID you enter for the employee you're recommending is not correct, your recommendation will not be considered.
- If you don't know the employee's Learning Zone ID, check with your RGM or a franchise leader to ensure you enter the correct ID. The format of a Learning Zone ID is the employee's initials followed by four numbers (example: DLR4321)
Only complete forms will be reviewed; partial applications will not be considered.
After you complete your recommendation, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't get a confirmation email, your entry is incomplete and won't be considered.
Electronic gift cards are in the amount of $100 and administered by Visa.
Recipients will be randomly selected—after employment is verified and recommendation has been deemed legitimate—and gift cards will be distributed electronically beginning May 8.
