COVID-19 Restaurant "Reopening" Survey

As the CRA continues to engage with state and local health officials, discussions are moving toward what reopening may look like.

While the state will likely give broad guidelines for partial reopening, we know that local health departments will continue to play the largest role in determining exactly what restaurants can and cannot do as we emerge from the COVID-19 public health crisis.

Restaurants are likely to be permitted to reopen on a “dimmer” rather than a “switch,” according to public health officials throughout the state.
