Organization: We monitor disciple-making by tracking key metrics in the spiritual steps our people take.
Organization: Our church evaluates our ministries, events and activities regularly for improvement.
Organization: We have identified and are acting to remove barriers to our church being healthy & multiplying.
Organization: We operate with an annual calendar & budget driven by our Church Action Plan.
Generosity In Giving: Our church has a plan, developing people from non-givers into generous givers.
Generosity In Giving: Our church teaches on generous giving & the principle of the "tithe" regularly.
7. 6. Leadership

We bring these leaders together at least quarterly in a Leadership Community gathering.
A majority of our leaders initiate, plan & lead their own ministries without staff intervention.
Planting new churches, new campuses and fueling Kingdom growth is a priority for our church.
8. 7. Compassion

We have identified key community leaders, are getting to know them, interviewing them, etc.
We do community surveying, connecting with, listening to, engaging our neighbors purposefully.

Our church is becoming known as a church that is very "community-connected."
