All information including file uploads in transit to this portal is SSL certified, and secured at rest using sha256 with RSA Encryption.
To add an additional layer of security, the information and attached documentation is password protected.

To receive a confirmation - Page 4 is a confirmation page which displays the information you have supplied . For your records you can either print the screen or, at the bottom of the page, click on the link in the lower right corner to download a PDF copy.

How to use the DORS portal

File uploads are limited to the following:

PDF files
Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
Microsoft Word documents
Image files: .png, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg
UPDATED: There is a limit of 10 individual uploads per session
Uploads per invoice(s) and or report(s) are limited to 25 MB each. BUT keep in mind that most email services, like Google, have a total limit of 25 MB per message. So you might have to send multiple portal uploads.

Notes:
* This portal is to be used for the sole purpose of uploading documentation requested of you by DORS. Please refrain from using it for any other purpose.
** DORS Vendors: If you are submitting an Invoice, please use the "DORS Invoice and Reports Portal," instead of this portal. Otherwise, processing of payment to you will be delayed.
