The following survey is about AIOps - Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations. Artificial intelligence for IT operations (AIOps) is an umbrella term for the use of big data analytics, machine learning (ML) and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to automate the identification and resolution of common information technology (IT) issues. For example: detecting anomalies to identify abnormal conditions, clustering events to assist with root cause analysis and automating routine tasks.

Some questions on this survey may be very difficult to read and respond to on a phone or a tablet.  We strongly recommend you take this survey on a laptop or desktop computer.
