As a participant in the IAP2 Training Harmonisation project, you have been and will be exposed to certain confidential information related to IAP2 and the project. Therefore, as a condition of your participation, a signed Non-Disclosure and Copyright Transfer Agreement is required.
I, the undersigned, having been asked by IAP2 to provide input on the Training Harmonisation project, which may include the learning pathway, program areas, core learning outcomes, curriculum, and learning materials (“Materials”), agree as follows:
1. I will maintain the Materials in strict confidence.
2. I will not share the Materials with any person, or disclose their contents to any person, except other persons appointed by IAP2 to also participate in the review and development of the Materials.
3. I will not photocopy or reproduce the Materials, in whole or in part. I may store the Materials on my computer, or print the Materials, but only for purposes of facilitating my participation in the review and development of the Materials.
4. I acknowledge that the Materials shall be the sole and exclusive property of IAP2. To the extent that I might otherwise obtain any ownership or moral rights in the Materials by virtue of my participation in the review and development of the Materials, I hereby transfer to IAP2 all right, title, and interest in and to the Materials, including moral rights.
5. Upon termination of my participation in the review and development of the Materials, or at any time upon request of IAP2, I will return any Materials in my possession to IAP2. I will not retain any copies, electronic or print.
I understand that this Agreement is a legally binding document, and IAP2 is relying on my adherence to the restrictions contained herein.
