Rockler Customer Care Form

Please read this before asking us about your order status:

  1. Your email order confirmation will have a link to check your order status.  If you just placed your order, please wait at least 2 days before checking your status.
  2. You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order ships with a tracking link for any item that is shipped from a Rockler warehouse. 
  3. If you ordered an item being drop-shipped from a vendor, please note that you will not get a shipping confirmation email. We do not currently get tracking information from our vendors in an automated fashion, but rest assured they we verify each order, and our vendors are processing and shipping orders.  Given our current volumes, we request that you refrain from contacting us unless you do not receive your item in the time frame you expected.
  4. If you ordered large items (like power tools) that are drop-shipped from a vendor, the trucking company will call you to arrange a delivery time. Please give them some extra time as they may be backed up right now. 
  5. If you have a back ordered item, you will receive separate emails regarding it's status - including if the expected date changes.  We will contact you if there are any issues with your order. Unless you want to cancel or change your order, please just watch for updates via email. 
  6. You may check your order status online at any time.  Please try this if you did not receive your tracking link by email.
Thanks for your patience during this time.  We are shipping most orders within one day and are processing any back orders in the order in which they were received. 
Get Faster Answers using our Product Q&A

Please use our product Q&A service for questions about a specific product.  On any product page on our website, scroll down to the “Questions & Answers” section and type your question there.  If it’s already been asked, you will see suggested answers.  If it is a new question, you will have the option to submit it.  Experts from our stores, vendors and other customers who have purchased this product will respond to your question.  You will often get a response within a few hours. 
Changing or Canceling an Existing Order

Please note that orders get sent to our warehouse system for processing pretty quickly.  Please fill out the fields on the next pages so we can attempt to stop your order.  This form is the most effective way to change or cancel your order as we prioritize these requests first.

Placing an Order

Problems with a promotion code or free shipping?

A valid promotion code needs to be entered in the Promotion Code field in your shopping cart or at checkout in order to receive free shipping or other promotion.  These codes are published at the top of each of our marketing emails – or in a catalog or flyer you may have received.  If you receive our emails, you can click on any link within the email to automatically load the code.  If the promotion requires a minimum order, please make sure your shopping cart total is enough to enter the code, otherwise it will not be accepted.  Please pay attention to any promotional exclusions.  Power tools and sale items, for instance, are not eligible for discounts and will not be included in any discount calculations.
