Attending school during the Covid-19 pandemic: Parent and carer consultation
Thank you for taking part in this short survey, which will provide the school leadership team with your views around when and how you would feel it is the right time and circumstances for your child(ren) to return to school. It should take you about
5 minutes to complete.
As you may be aware, the government is preparing for some primary school year groups to begin to return to school after half term (as from 1st June), but only if conditions are favourable and the rate of infection has continued to decrease (alongside other key measures that they have outlined).
What is this survey going to be used for?
The information you provide here will be reviewed by The Rosary School Leadership Team. Please be assured that any data that is shared outside this group will be general and anonymous, so individual families will not be identifiable. We would like to understand from you:
- If you would consider sending your child(ren) back to school this academic year. If yes, we would like to understand if there are additional measures you would want in place both at school and in the wider community, in order for you to do so.
- If you would not be looking to send your child(ren) back to school this academic year. If so, we would be grateful if you could indicate the main reason(s) why.
