COAMFTE Site Visitor Training Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a COAMFTE Site Visitor.

Please complete this application to apply for the trainings. COAMFTE Staff will contact every individual that submits a completed application after a review of the submission to determine eligibility.

As a reminder, please see the COAMFTE Site Visitor qualifications copied below:

1. Minimum of five (5) years of advanced experience as an LMFT practitioner and/or educator/researcher in MFT (which includes but is not limited to: experience in a university, clinical, or related setting)
2. AAMFT Approved Supervisor and/or State Approved Supervisor
3. Current knowledge of COAMFTE accreditation standards
4. Successful completion of COAMFTE Site Visitor Training
5. Licensed marriage and family therapist
6. Current knowledge and experience in the profession of marriage and family therapy
7. Participation in a site visit or refresher training every two (2) years to maintain 'Active Status'
8. Site Visitors can not serve concurrently on the AAMFT Board or other AAMFT task forces or committees.

Please note: New Site Visitors must complete the self-paced virtual training.
