Candidate Exam Date Selection

This question requires a valid email address.
5. Before submitting your scheduling preferences, please know that you have the option to OPT OUT of testing in 2020 and postpone your examination to 2021, if you would prefer. Would you like to proceed with choosing your 2020 examination preferences or defer your exam to a date TBD in 2021?
Because you have chosen to defer your Oral Examination to 2021, no further action will be necessary once you click "submit." As long as a current registration and payment remain on file in your ABO record until your examination, you will not need to re-register next year nor will you be asked to pay any additional fees.
6. Our next step is to assign you to an exam weekend and session. Your session may begin at 7 AM or 11 AM on Saturday OR Sunday and will last four (4) hours. Though we will make every effort to accommodate your preference, we are unable to guarantee a specific examination day or session assignment. Assignments will be emailed the week of June 15.

Please rank the following virtual exam options from your first choice (#1) to your least preferred choice (#3).  Note: for the following table each column is restricted to a single answer across all rows.
123
6. To ensure fairness and the opportunity for all candidates to be examined this year, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding life events, such as a friend's wedding or family vacation. We apologize for any hardship this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

However, if your own wedding or the anticipated birth or adoption of your child conflicts with any exam dates, or you are assigned to active military duty, please select the affected date(s) and explain the nature of the conflict in the comments.  *This question is required.
6. The ABO provides testing accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We will also make arrangements to accommodate religious observers and provide appropriate breaks for nursing mothers. However, these accommodations must be factored into the exam scheduling process upfront. Requests received outside of this survey will not be considered.

Will you require special accommodations of any kind for the Oral Exam? If so, please briefly indicate the nature of your request in the comments below and an ABO representative will follow up.  *This question is required.
6. Participants invited to participate in the July 11-12 virtual exam pilot were selected via random lottery. If additional space opens up in this pilot, would you like to be entered into another random lottery for the available seats? Please note the exam will be administered in Eastern Time.
