This 9-minute survey from the
Back to Work Virginia: A Child Care Recovery and Renaissance Task Force seeks to understand:
- the impact on Virginia businesses of limited child care access resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic;
- changes in how businesses are thinking about their workplace policies; and
- the resources businesses would need to better support their employees’ child care needs.
Participation is voluntary and the findings from the survey will only be reported in the aggregate. No individual employer responses will be reported. The results of the survey will inform recommendations for policy changes that support an improved child care system in Virginia and the ability of businesses to return to pre-pandemic productivity.
