Leadership Summit - Attendee - Application Form

DATE CHANGE: The Summits will now take place in March 2021 (WGT 22.03 / CHC 24/03 / AKL 26.03). These dates are 100% confirmed - the summits will not move dates again. (If you previously applied for the November summits you don't need to reapply - your ticket has been automatically transferred to the new dates).

The application process enables us to ensure that each healthcare organisation has the opportunity to send people and to ensure varying professions are in attendance. A broad range of perspectives will make for better discussion group outcomes.

Seats are limited
Due to venue size constraints (and our Covid-19 contingency plan) there are only 200 seats at each Leadership Summit. If you miss out on the first round of ticket allocations, we will automatically add your name to the ticket waiting list so you may receive a ticket at a later date if we get cancellations. 

Attendance at this event is free.

To receive a free ticket you need to be a HiNZ member with an expiry date after 27 November 2020. If your membership has lapsed, you will be given the opportunity to join HiNZ for $17 per month, (or a lump sum of $198 if you prefer). If you are unsure about your HiNZ member status, please tick the box in the form and we will assist you.

8. The summit is being repeated in three cities, within one week. Due to the limited number of seats, attendees need to choose which city they wish to attend. You are unable to book a ticket for two or three cities, as this would limit the availability of tickets for other participants. The event runs from 9am to 5pm, with a networking event afterwards from 5pm to 7pm.
