Governor's Task Force on Caregiving Policy Proposal Comment

This survey is to provide input on draft policy proposals of the Governor's Task Force on Caregiving. The survey will be available through July 14.

Task Force members seek input representing a wide range of perspectives and experience. The goal is to include family caregivers, paid direct support professionals, people receiving care, communities of color, and people living in both urban and rural settings. This is an anonymous survey; Your answers to a few demographic questions will help indicate the level of diversity reflected in the survey results.

  1. On the Policy Proposals webpage, please review either the Summary of Proposals or the more detailed draft proposals. A video describing each proposal with American Sign Language interpretation is also available.
  2. Complete the brief demographic section of the survey.
  3. Rate the policy proposals:
    • The Task Force requests that each respondent take the survey only once. Please select all the proposals you want to comment on. For each proposal you selected, you will be asked to indicate your level of support or opposition and will have an option to leave comments about your choices.  After the last item, there is an option to provide a general comment about all proposals.
    • If you prefer, you can also choose to skip directly to the end and provide a general comment about all proposals.
