Comprehensive School Mental Health Systems

A Comprehensive School Mental Health System (CSMHS) is defined as school-district-community-family partnerships that provide a continuum of evidence-based mental health services to support students, families, and the school community. In other words, a CSMHS:
  • Provides a full array of tiered mental health services
  • Includes a variety of collaborative partnerships
  • Uses evidence-based services and supports
Please sign up below if you are interested in being alerted of opportunities as they arise for learning (e.g., professional development, coaching, technical assistance, learning networks, etc.) or accessing resources (e.g., grants, information on services, etc.) related to strengthening comprehensive school mental health systems.

These opportunities will be sent from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) or the Massachusetts School Mental Health Consortium (MASMHC).
