Course Description and Objectives: The goal of Incident Management is to restore service operations to normal state as quickly as possible.  In this training, we'll walk you through processes and techniques to support accurate and complete documentation.  We will also show you how to customize your instance of Keystone Edge to maximize your efficiency and meet your unique needs.
