2020 NC Tech Awards Nomination Form

Thank you for submitting a nomination for the 2020 NC Tech Awards. This form is for those interested in nominating a company, organization, or institution for a CORPORATE AWARD or a peer, mentor, colleague, etc. for an INDIVIDUAL AWARD.

Please submit a nomination form for each unique company, organization, institution, or individual you would like to nominate. You may select multiple award categories on the same form if it is for the same entity or individual.

We will notify the contact person you include on this form via email that either they have been nominated or that their company, organization, or institution was nominated. Corporate award nominees will then need to submit an application to be formally considered for an award.
