SHEA Research Network Project Application

Summary
The SHEA Research Network (SRN) is a collaborative infrastructure of over 100 unique healthcare facilities, each with an SRN PI committed to participating in SRN studies, approved by the SRN Review Committee for their potential to advance the healthcare epidemiology science base and their appropriateness for the Network.

Application Process
Investigators or agencies interested in engaging the SRN should submit this Proposal Concept Form.

**In addition to the Proposal Concept Form, investigators should submit to srn@shea-online.org:
1) a current CV of the Principal Investigator
2) a biosketch of the PI
3) proposed survey questions
if applicable. Proposals will not be reviewed until all materials have been received.**

After review by the SRN Review Committee, the investigator will be notified If the research proposal aligns with the mission and capabilities of the SRN. The Review Committee may request additional information as needed.

Funded and unfunded studies may apply to engage the SRN.
