Financial Impact of COVID-19: Survey of CAFP Members



Please complete the following short survey (no more than two minutes) to help the California Academy of Family Physicians (CAFP) understand if and how the financial sustainability of your practice has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This information will help CAFP advocate on your behalf.
