IBM + NC State Pathfinder Mentoring Program

Thank you for your interest in our program. We are looking forward to supporting you in your career journey. 

This is what you will experience:
  • Students receive insights into professional life to better prepare themselves while in school
  • Professionals and students meet approximately monthly to discuss career experiences, job trends, answer questions, and provide insights into industry trends.
  • The program lasts one school year. The student and mentor can continue the relationship longer if both agree.
  • Additional events including speakers, panel, mock interview, and other group sessions with mentor and student participants
  • All group events and activities will be virtual unless the mentor and student both agreed to meet in person.
For students pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Visual/Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Technical Communications, and Business degrees, please complete the below form to be included in the program which starts in late September.
