Gender Pay Equity in Small and Medium Organisations

The Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission is conducting research on Gender pay equity in small and medium sized organisations.  This research is being conducted on behalf of the Equal Workplaces Advisory Council (EWAC) that advises the Minister for Industrial Relations Victoria  on initiatives to tackle the gap in women’s pay and encourage increased participation in the workforce. 
We would like to hear from you about your experience and understanding of equal pay within the Arts, Financial Services, and Health Care and Social Assistance sectors in Victoria.  The survey should only take about 10 minutes, and your responses will be anonymous.  All data obtained will be deidentified to ensure anonymity and confidentiality, meaning your business or organisation name will not be used.  If you have any questions about the survey, please email us: Rohini.a.thomas@veohrc.vic.gov.au.
