Thank you for taking the time to apply to take part in research sessions that Canada Life are going to be running from September 2020 onwards at dates to be confirmed.
The aim of this research is to look at their quote and apply process on their website - you do not need to be affiliated with Canada Life or its products in order to take part.
There will be multiple rounds of research over the next 6 months but you will only be required to take part once.
Currently research sessions are being conducted remotely using Zoom on a computer.
As the email you received explained, we are particularly looking for Paraplanners to take part in this research.
Sessions are just 60 minutes long and we are offering a £65 cash incentive for taking part.
This research is being conducted on behalf of Canada Life by Bunnyfoot, an independent user research agency.
