Application Instructions
This application consists of three main steps: 

Step 1) Complete contact information 

Step 2) Provide the following descriptions:
  • A description of the applicant’s work in the field of human subjects protections
  • A description of the work of the applicant’s institution and the community it serves
  • A description of how the applicant will benefit from and use the knowledge and contacts gained at the conference, including how it will aide in the applicant's professional growth
  • A description of how and when the applicant will disseminate the knowledge gained at the conference
  • An explanation of how and why funds have been restricted for professional development opportunities
Step 3) Upload the following documents:
  • A CV/resume
  • A letter of support from the applicant’s institution

Helpful Tips: Applicants should consider preparing responses and materials prior to filling out their application. Please note that applicants may save their progress and continue filling out the form at a later time by clicking the "save and continue" option on the top, right corner of the screen and by providing their email address. A unique link will be emailed allowing them to continue working on the application.

Following the submission of the application, applicants will receive a confirmation email. Applications must be received by 5:00 PM ET on October 23, 2020. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Decisions will be sent by October 30, 2020.

Selected applicants will receive a full fee waiver to attend all three weeks of the AER20 Virtual Conference (workshops not included). 

Note: Anyone who has received a scholarship from PRIM&R for the AER Conference in the past two years are ineligible.
