Homework:

Imagine that you have just walked into an important community meeting on school security. All you have been told is that the school is going to spend money on security and they are wanting your feedback.

Please put pick one of the following roles that you will be attending the meeting through the lens of (it is okay to play pretend).

With your role in mind, on a 8.5 x 11 piece of white paper draw a picture of what a dangerous school looks like to you. On a separate 8.5 x 11 piece of white paper draw a picture of what a safe and secure school looks like to you. What physical items, social emotional, personnel, etc… would you want and budget is not a restraint?
