1. A vocational rehabilitation (VR) counselor has recently learned that a school requires career plans for students with disabilities she works with, which include employment goals. During visits with these students with disabilities, she often discusses and provides guidance regarding their career aspirations, but is unsure if their career plans at school reflect her guidance, or if the goals included in the plans are even concrete and measurable. How is this best remedied?
