The UCOP Mentorship Program is a valuable program that provides a formal one-on-one mentoring structure to foster a culture of development and learning for growing professionals. Now that many UCOP employees are working remotely, we are reaching out to you to find out if the mentorship program can continue virtually to help connect you and address your needs and interests during this time


Please note: we will use this survey to determine how we will move forward with the Mentorship Program. At this point, we cannot confirm the timing or other specifics about the program. Should we continue with the program at this time, we will hold all meetings remotely via Zoom.
1. Are you interested in participating in the program as a mentor/mentee in the coming months? If so, please indicate what level of interest you have below: *This question is required.
2. How much time would you be able to commit to the program?
3. If you are interested in being a mentee, what are the areas you would like to focus on?
4. For mentees, if you are interested in this program, would you also be interested in a monthly mentee cohort meeting where you discuss issues designed to support the mentee's experience?
5. For Mentors, if you are interested in this program, would you also be interested in periodic Mentor meetings designed to support you as a Mentor?
