All submissions will be judged by a 3-person panel consisting of MoH Deputy Director Data and Digital Shayne Hunter, NZ Health IT Chief Executive Scott Arrol and 2019 CiLN Award winner and HiNZ Board Chair Rebecca George, who will decide three finalists.
