2020 Distribution System Reliability and Operations Survey 

This survey has been developed by the American Public Power Association to assist members in their individual efforts to understand and analyze factors that affect distribution system reliability and operations. The survey calls for certain confidential or proprietary information that may be of a competitively-sensitive nature. For this reason, information collected will be aggregated to ensure continued confidentiality of the sources for such information.

We ask that you take the time to fill out this survey and help us provide you with a valuable benchmarking tool. The results of this survey will be available in the last quarter of 2020 and will be posted on the Association's website. As an acknowledgement of survey participation, the results will be sent in advance to survey participants.
